Christmas Events in school
Christmas ` and Carol Concert December 2021

Dear parents,
In light of the current COVID situation, and following Trust guidance, I am delighted that we are currently able to hold Christmas Events for parents to attend in school and church this year.
However, following a school risk assessment, these events are subject to strict guidelines if we are to ensure that a member of every family can attend an event in which their child is participating.
ALL events are ticket only and these will be sent home with your child later next week. Tickets MUST be presented at the event to allow us to manage numbers safely within our COVID guidelines in school and church.
No exceptions for entrance will be made, so keep your ticket safe and remember to bring it with you!
Entrance tickets do not allow additional siblings to attend, as this will be above the acceptable number in the school hall and church and outside our school risk assessment. Please make arrangements to attend without additional children.
Tuesday 7th December 2pm – Reception class nativity
Location: School Hall - attendees invited to arrive at 1.45pm
Maximum attendees in school: 60
2 x named tickets to be sent home in your child’s book bag on Thursday 2nd December.
Thursday 9th December 2pm – KS1 Nativity (year 1 and year 2 parents only)
Location: school hall – attendees invited to arrive at 1.45pm
Maximum attendees in school: 60
Thursday 9th December 6pm – KS1 Nativity (year 1 and year 2 parents only)
Location: school hall – attendees invited to arrive 5.45pm. Children to return at 5.30pm
Maximum attendees in school : 60
2 x named ticket per family will be available for one of these events only. Please use this link to book your preference: https://forms.gle/tMT5zcE891khPrru5 This will be first come first served to ensure we keep everyone as safe as possible.
Please bring your ticket with you to gain access to the event on the day. Tickets will be sent home in your child’s bag on Friday 3rd December
Thursday 16th December 2pm – KS2 Carol Concert (Year 3,4,5,6 parents only)
Location: Holy Family Church – attendees invited to arrive from 1.45pm
Maximum attendees: 120
1 x named ticket per family will be available and sent home in your child’s bag on Friday 3rd December. Please bring this with you to gain access to the event on the day.
